What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We reserve the right to change the shipping choice you selected if we can get it there just as quick or quicker by using another shipping method. We will ship your order within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated, after we receive a cleared payment and a picture from you, because this is a custom made item.
What is the return policy?
These items are custom made for you, therefore we do not accept any returns. However, should there be a manufactures defect or error we will certainly replace this item for you.
